Cleanthe (Kleo) Hatziladas

Non-executive Director

Mr Hatziladas has much experience in the oil and gas exploration industry in Australia and USA. This Australian experience includes his role as founding director of Ambassador Oil & Gas Limited (AQO) which was successful in acquiring a South Australian lease – PEL 570 – which preceded its IPO in 2012 after raising approximately A$20M. AQO farmed out PEL 570 for A$43M. Following this transaction, AQO was acquired by Drillsearch in a $54M cash and scrip deal which was subsequently acquired by Beach Energy Limited.

His USA experience includes as founding director of American Patriot Oil & Gas Ltd (AOW) in 2012 which amassed over 30,000 acres in Montana and Colorado, USA and listed on ASX in 2014. AOW then farmed out its Montana oil and gas assets to Great Western Oil & Gas Ltd for A$5M cash and a $24M farm-in commitment including completion of 4 horizontal wells.

Mr Hatziladas has multiple networks in the finance industry in both Australia and USA, and access to Oil and Gas services in USA, required to explore and develop oil assets, including geologists, petroleum engineers and land men.

Barry Woodhouse

Director and Company Secretary

Mr Woodhouse is a CPA and a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia and has over 35 years’ experience in the junior mineral exploration, mineral production, mining services and manufacturing sectors in both private and public companies in Australian and foreign jurisdictions.  This experience includes roles with Carnarvon Energy and Cooper Energy, Australian onshore oil & gas explorers and producers. Mr Woodhouse has held roles including CFO, Company Secretary, Director and Chairman.

Robert Hoar

Consulting Geologist and Non-executive Director

Mr. Hoar received a BA in geology from Hamilton Collage, an MS in geology, with minors in physics and organic chemistry from the University of Vermont and attended Tulane business school while working for Amoco/BP in New Orleans. For the last 15 years, he has primarily worked on projects onshore US with a concentration on the basins of the Rocky Mountains and, to a lesser extent, California and the central United States.  During that time, he has had or been involved with discoveries in the Williston basin of Montana and North Dakota, Wind River Basin in Wyoming, DJ basin in Colorado and the Paradox basin of Utah. Since 2015, Mr. Hoar has focused his attention on projects involving older oil fields that have (or had) shallow production of light oil.

Ralph Nelms

Petroleum Engineer
