Globoil is an independent oil exploration and development company focused on unlocking the potential of proven onshore oil fields across Central Montana and Southeastern Wyoming, USA. We are currently developing a portfolio of strategically located state, federal, and privately leased acreage with strong historical production and significant remaining resource potential.
Our projects are located within established oil basins where reservoirs were originally discovered and developed in the 1940s and 1950s. Advances in geological interpretation and horizontal drilling technology now provide new opportunities to recover previously uneconomic resources and maximise field performance.
With a disciplined exploration strategy, technical expertise, and a commitment to efficient resource development, if successful, Globoil aims to create long-term value for investors.

Historical field performance demonstrates the quality of Globoil’s asset portfolio. Combined historical production from our projects exceeds 15 million barrels of oil, while technical evaluations indicate that each field may contain up to 5 million barrels of additional resource potential. The application of modern horizontal drilling methods has the potential to accelerate production, with a significant proportion of recoverable resources expected during the early years of field development.
