Fitting the Nose Clip

The clip should apply enough pressure to reduce water entry. However, it should not cause pain or excessive pressure.

Fit varies between swimmers. Therefore, stop using the clip if it causes discomfort or does not remain securely in place.

Care Instructions

After swimming, rinse the nose clip thoroughly in clean water. Then allow it to dry completely.

Once dry, place the nose clip inside its carry case. This helps protect it from dirt and damage between sessions.

Finally, inspect the clip regularly. Stop using it if the frame or silicone pads become damaged.
