Aquatic Dumbbells with Free-Moving Resistance Ends
Pro-Am Resist Dumbbells are designed for water aerobics, hydrotherapy and water-based rehabilitation exercises.
The shaped EVA foam ends move and rotate as the dumbbells travel through the water. This free-moving design creates less resistance than standard fixed-end aquatic dumbbells, making them suitable for controlled exercise programs where a gentler level of resistance is preferred.
