Our History

Bennetti Coffee Roasters first began in 2000 under the guidance of Master Roaster Peter HOLMAN. In March 2025, Peter retired and a new chapter for Bennetti was begun.

Under new ownership, Bennetti Coffee Roasters remains the flagship brand of newly formed Shiloh Roasters, having also acquired Elwood Coffee Roasters along with their blend – Ambrosia/Winky Pop.
